

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item was delivered within the last 7 days.

The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and receipt.

The return request is made within the return period stated above.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:

Items marked “Used” or “Clearance”

Opened software or memory cards

Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage after delivery

Custom orders or special-request items
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

We will assess the damage and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are made via M-PESA, bank transfer, or original payment method
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our side (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
